Education
BS Structural or Civil Engineering preferred
- Detailer/Checker position will report to Manager of Engineering/Dept Head.
Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- strong interest in the steel fabrication industry
- 10+ years of direct detailing experience with SDS/2
- secondary experience with Tekla, Autocad or similar
- 5+ years steel focused BIM coordination experience
- strong verbal/written communication skills
- consistently demonstrate attention to detail, problem solving follow through
- strong ability to evaluate priorities, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met
- team player, prefers fast paced environment, comfortable multi-tasking
- salary commensurate with yrs of experience and qualifications.
